永兴太阳能有限公司创立于一九八九年（原名汕头经济特区永兴新科技电器有限公司），公司设在广东省汕头高新技术产业开发区。同年列入广东省及国家级高新技术产业、火炬计划项目，专业从事太阳能系列产品及新科技电器产品的开发、生产与经营。于一九九八年更名为汕头高新区永兴太阳能有限公司。

The Wing Hing Solar Energy Co., Ltd. was established in Shantou Hi-tech Industry Development District of Guangdong province, China in 1989, was named Wing Hing High Technology Electric Equipment Co., Ltd.. In the same year, the company was included as a project production of solar energy serial products and the electric appliance of novel science and technology.
